This rugged 64-acre property has road access from two maintained roads which adds easy access to enjoy the granite outcroppings and large wetlands which are teeming with waterfowl, beaver and loons. 

Various species of timber and rugged terrain make the walking trails interesting and at times very challenging.

Millar Hill Road enjoys easy access from highway 60 east of Huntsville. 
This 218-acre forest has incredible stands of hardwoods and deciduous trees. 

Selective harvesting of diseased and dying trees has opened up the canopy to enable the healthy timber to flourish now and for the next 40 years. 

Deer, black bear, fox and wolves make this large acreage their home. 

Wetlands encourage waterfowl and beaver populations and make for great birdwatching and for marvelling at the many characteristics of the beaver.
