There are 2 properties covering 350 acres of forest that boasts over 10,500 feet of unique shoreline on Horn Lake which encompasses over 1,100 acres of sparkling water surrounded by rugged, meandering shoreline.

Horn Lake Road Property

This property even includes two very spectacular islands that provide privacy and a sense of space and quietness.

The timber selection is varied and has been untouched for over 30 years resulting in giant white pines, hemlock, yellow birch and oak species. 

It’s truly a one-of-a-kind paradise which is surrounded on most sides by Crown Land. 

Middle Road Property

The Middle Road, Sprucedale property consists of an older quaint log cabin situated on 50 acres of mixed forest and wetlands including a 10 acre lake.

The log cabin will be restored to its original condition with a keen attention to its historic detail.

The forest is a mixture of hardwoods and deciduous trees with a multitude of century old white pine trees. The wetlands provide a unique habitat for native plants and provide a natural environment for many species of wildlife and aquatic life.
